The TICAB Company presents new compact sealcoat sprayer machines for sale. Special road-building equipment evenly spills bitumen emulsion under pressure. Mini bitumen sprayers are equipped with heating and cleaning systems.

  • Asphalt sealcoat sprayers are suitable for patching, as well as road works in a limited space (yards, sidewalks, alleys). In addition, BS-500 is necessary special equipment for sealing joints and cracks in asphalt concrete surfaces. Alongside a trailed machine, you can order a bitumen sprayer on a frame to be easily mounted in the body of any light truck.

  • We produce and sell asphalt binder sprayers according to the highest quality standards of special equipment for road maintenance. BS-500 productivity is up to 12,000 m² per working shift, which is approximately 1,500 m² per 1 hour. Diesel fuel is used to clean the rod, pump, and spray bar. Other features are also of great value: you will find them in technical parameters below. With our sealcoat sprayer machines, you will easily transport the bitumen emulsion to the object, distribute it evenly on the pavement surface, and accurately control the amount of the material.
